Hello i am a wife a mother of 56 years old with 3 grown up children and a grandmother of 6 grandchildren ageing from 18yrs down to 6 months. Yes, you can imagine i had wrinkles i should say lots. Yes, it was a facelift i needed so with a lot of thought and carefully checking the web site i decides Prague was the place to go at half the price of uk But with a top surgeon Dr.V. he a specialist of face lifts. And a very good one. I booked the clinic and my flight for the 18th January 05 this year. My husband took me to stansted airport and we said our good buys he and my sister would be flying out to be with me 6 days later we arranged it that way as i w ould be in the hospital for 4 days and really it would be a waste of there time just seating around waiting on me to come out of the clinic.i was very excited i was having a face lift but also very frightened i was all alone in a strange place on my own. the taxi met me at the airport and took me to the clinic. that is where i met dr alawa tomas and Dr.V. They made me very welcome and told me they would look after me and not to worry about anything. After having a consultation with them all tomas rang a taxi to take me to the hotel deo where i stayed the night, the taxi came again to pick me up at 7 30 next morning to take me back to the clinic to have the op. By this time i was very relaxed. As tomas was awaiting to meet me at the door, He took me to ward and told me he could not come inside as the hospital was steril and you could not enter with your outside clothes on that impressed me as i knew it was going to be very clean i was told it would not be long to wait.Dr Alawa came and spoke to me and made a few jokes which made me feel good. Then i was taken into the operating theatre where everyone was very nice. Before i knew it i was back in my bed no pain at all. My face was swollen and my eyes was black as i had an eye lift as well. I could see under all the swelling that all the wrinkles have gone the nurses was brilliant they really was on beck and call at all times. I was asked if i would like to stay an extra day as i was still on my own in a strange county so they could still look after me. In which i happy to do.Thomas arranged the taxi to take me back to the hotel but he said he would come with me as would like to speak to the hotel staff to give me ice and make sure they looked after me until my husband and sister arrived. After he arranged everything he left is phone number and told me to ring at any time if i needed anything. And he and dr alwa would come and see me next day. In which they did Dr Alawa ask me if i had eaton anything i said no as i did not want to go out on my own he said i must eat and offered to take me for something to eat i said that was very nice but i would order room sevice. What doctor a nice doctor i thought. Then that night i had a text message saying have you had anything to eat yet. And please if you need anything or worried please ring them. Next day my family arrived and tomas was there to meet them. My sister sceemed and said i looked more like 16 again. And she went in to have her eyes done and a face lacer. Aince being at home i have had text messages asking how we are. Well, we are fantastic When going out for a family dinner my 18 year old granddaughter said i looked younger than her friends tell her she has a groovy nanny. All i can say is it was money well spent and i would recommend this team to everyone A big thank you to you all. for making me look younger and your kindness an care regards suzan
